Requirements for Custom Candle Orders:

• Minimum order: 6 candles minimum per order
• Payment: 50% down payment before work begins with the balance payable due at the time of shipping/delivery. We accept payments via PayPal.
• Shipping: Orders will be sent via United States Postal Service. All shipping fees will be paid by the customer and orders are shipped within the U.S. only.
• Local Delivery Fees: We offer delivery to the Northern Virginia, Maryland and DC areas (up to 45 miles). A flat fee of $25.00 will be added to all local deliveries.
• Taxes: State and local taxes are not included in the proposal pricing and will be added to your final invoice where applicable.
• Production Time:
• 6 - 40 custom candles - Please allow 3 to 4 weeks to complete your order from the date of down payment receipt.
• 41 - 100 custom candles - Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to complete your order from the date of down payment receipt.
